Overview:
A value-based care organization set a goal to tackle an issue near and dear to all our hearts – ineffective meetings. They looked for a way to shift the perception of meetings from an endless time suck – to opportunities to connect, engage, and solve problems – and knew Omlie was the partner for the job. Together we reimagined effective meetings by reducing the individual burden and increasing the focus, teamwork, and joy.
Our Approach:
1. Same agenda, same day and time
We standardized the topics, day, and time to remove the week over week admin.
2. Focused structure to manage time
We implemented a structure that allows the team to focus their attention on the critical tasks at hand.
3. Shared platform for notes
We removed the pressure of meeting notes by enabling a shared space to capture real-time.
4. Solve problems forever
We helped our teammates evolve into issue masterminds, and other functions took notice.
