Roots to Revolution’s guides individuals to unlearn and unpack the complex truths of our nation’s past, empowering them to dismantle white supremacist patriarchy in their communities.
Jillian Gaeta, the co-founder of Roots to Revolution, joined us at the Omlie house. At the core of Roots to Revolution's values is the mission to shed light on dark history and promote awareness of social issues.
Jillian provided us with an eye-opening discussion on the history of cannabis and how this plant has been manipulated to perpetuate enduring injustice in America. Her expertise and passion for this cause were evident as she delved into the complex narrative surrounding cannabis and its impact on communities.
Through her insightful presentation and team discussion, Jillian helped us understand the historical context of cannabis and also inspired us to engage in sustainable and intentional activism. Her work aligns perfectly with Omlie's commitment to social responsibility and driving positive change in society.

Three Little Birds
Three Little Birds focuses on assisting families experiencing miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal loss, SIDs, terminal fetal prognosis and pregnancy after loss.
At Omlie Consulting, we are proud supporters of organizations that make a meaningful impact on people's lives. One such organization is Three Little Birds Perinatal, dedicated to providing vital support to families navigating the difficult journey of perinatal loss. During one of our team gatherings, a courageous team member shared their personal story and how organizations like Three Little Birds provided invaluable support and comfort.
Through our donation to Three Little Birds, we are helping to fund their essential programs and services that assist families dealing with miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal loss, SIDs, terminal fetal prognosis, and pregnancy after loss. Our contribution aids in connecting families with condition-specific resources, fostering peer connections, and validating their grief by providing personalized support.
