We are challenging the traditional approach that requires employees to pay out of pocket to commute to an office location. This perk allows our team to realize the full value of their salary for personal use. This groundbreaking initiative is designed to alleviate the financial burden of team members’ travel expenses when commuting to the Omlie House in Conshohocken, PA, or to offsite team events.Our office remains a perk, there is no requirement to be onsite, and we want our team members to feel empowered to make the best decisions for themselves and their work.
