Set the Direction
Overview:
A value-based care organization passionate about improving healthcare and affordability was looking to transform their incentives function to support strategic growth of the business. They aimed to reignite and rebrand the function with a unified strategy and operating model and looked to Omlie to partner on the journey. Together, we built and re-energized this function to drive their mission to engage, enable, and empower.

We co-designed a strategy to build a function to support their growth plans.
3. Build an operating model to support
We defined an operating model & resource plan to ensure they had the right people to scale.
4. Empower the function for success
We partnered with the new team to rebuild a culture of collaboration, execution, & trust.
Outcomes:
Shifted from daily firefighting with executive involvement to a new function with 3 FTEs.
Completed 100% of annual strategic priorities for new function.
The team execution and trust is seen as a model of success for the organization.
