A value-based care organization centralized its Learning and engagement function to enable best-in-class educational materials and increased efficiencies for its customers. It partnered with Omlie to co-create a three-year vision, core operational procedures, and flexible processes to scale seamlessly.

Co-created the team’s purpose, 3-year vision, and annual objectives in an interactive workshop

Conducted interviews to understand what worked well, opportunities, and watch outs 

3. Define the operating model

Partnered to define processes and procedures to support current state and future growth

Developed content to build clarity, share the vision, and facilitate healthy discussion to generate excitement
