Omlie named among the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Places to Work finalists for the fourth consecutive year.

Omlie Consulting has been recognized as a finalist in the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 2026 Best Places to Work awards in the micro company category, marking the fourth consecutive year the firm has earned a place on the list since 2023. This year’s program highlights 80 companies across Greater Philadelphia, with honorees selected and ranked based on employee feedback.

Award applicants are evaluated across five categories according to the number of Greater Philadelphia employees. The Best Places to Work program recognizes organizations whose employees rate them highly in areas such as culture, collaboration, compensation and benefits, amenities, and management practices, while also measuring trust in senior leadership.

This continued recognition reflects Omlie’s long-standing commitment to building a people-first culture where team members feel supported, empowered, and connected to meaningful work. Since first being recognized in 2023, Omlie has continued to grow its reputation as an employer that prioritizes flexibility, trust, collaboration, and professional development.

“We’re incredibly honored to be recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as a Best Place to Work finalist for the fourth year in a row,” said Sarah Burlew, CEO of Omlie Consulting. “This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the voices of our team. At Omlie, we have always believed that when people feel trusted, supported, and inspired, they do their best work. We are proud to keep building a culture where talented people can grow, lead, and make a real impact together.
