That means we are disrupting several historic working models: Our home office is actually in a home, a historic Victorian mansion that we converted into an epic home office for our team. We are remote-first; there is no requirement to be onsite at the Omlie House physically. And with the launch of “Your Commute Comp’t,” we are challenging the traditional approach that requires employees to pay out of pocket to commute to an office location. This perk allows our team to realize the full value of their salary for personal use,” said Sarah Burlew, Founder and CEO of Omlie Consulting. 

This groundbreaking initiative is designed to alleviate the financial burden of team members’ travel expenses when commuting to the Omlie House in Conshohocken, PA, or to offsite team events. The introduction of “Your Commute Comp’t” reinforces Omlie Consulting’s commitment to its team members’ growth and happiness while emphasizing flexibility and inclusivity by offering this perk to all team members, whether they live 3 miles or 300 miles from the home office. 

Through “Your Commute Comp’t,” Omlie Consulting covers the cost of team members’ regular commute  to the Omlie House for business meetings, helping make travel to the office a less stressful experience. Additionally, the perk extends to team events held outside the office, further supporting the team’s ability to participate and collaborate in company-wide gatherings. “We believe that removing financial barriers to travel for our team members reinforces our commitment to their personal and professional growth,” said Sarah Burlew, Founder and CEO of Omlie Consulting.
